These terms govern your use of serviceplumbingrichmond.com and services provided by Richmond Water Heater Pros. By using this site or booking service, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Richmond Water Heater Pros is a licensed and insured plumbing contractor serving Richmond, VA and the surrounding metro (Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan).

2. Estimates & pricing

• All prices shown on the site — including the Instant Quote Builder — are estimates for typical Richmond homes.
• The final flat-rate price is presented in writing before any work begins.
• Estimates provided online or by phone are valid for 30 days.
• No callout or diagnostic fee for standard repair visits during business hours.

3. Scheduling & cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled any time before the plumber is dispatched. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can help other customers.

4. Workmanship warranty

• Repairs: 90-day workmanship warranty.
• New tank installs: 6-year manufacturer warranty + 2-year workmanship.
• Tankless installs: up to 15-year manufacturer warranty + 5-year workmanship.
• Warranties cover only the work and parts we supplied. Customer-supplied equipment is installed but not warrantied.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available (0% for 36 months OAC through a third-party provider). Late invoices accrue 1.5% per month.

6. Access & site conditions

You represent that you own or have authority to authorize work at the property, and will provide safe access to the water heater. We are not responsible for pre-existing code violations or damage from concealed conditions that could not reasonably be discovered before work begins.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Site content & intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, photos, copy, illustrations — is owned by Richmond Water Heater Pros and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, VA.
